Uijin Umeshu uses both the local plums that been sourced locally and their very own Sake, then brew for at least a year before the bottling. Uijin has also made this with slightly low alcohol and less sweet compared to other brands in the market.
The Uijin’s sake used in the brewing process has an interesting balance with the sweetness of the plum. The “Uijin” has not only made this unique umeshu combined with all the best local ingredients from the Tsuwano region but it has indeed made a very good quality umeshu that impresses you in the first sip.
