A cloudy sparkling "Sekka" that expresses the deep snow that falls in the middle of winter. Using Yamada Nishiki from Nagomi Town and has a rice polishing ratio of 50% to the Junmai Daiginjo grade.
"Sekka" as a Nigori sake and using the Second fermentation method - Bubbles are being made within the bottle and it produces a lot more delicate and elegant bubbles compared to other sparkling which injects carbon dioxide manually.
An aroma of melon and pineapple while it has a well balanced of acidity and sweetness.
It is sold only to restaurants within Japan.
