With over 140 years of history, Uijin uses both the local sakanishi rice and spring water from Mt. Aono and produce the sake using the most traditional method. This is the very first press from the brewery of Uijin and not only it has a refreshing structure but the unique favour of the local "sakanishi" rice has brought through very nicely. It is best enjoy it chilled and suitable for most cuisines.
