Brewed with Aiyama rice, also known as 'phantom rice', it is characterised by a refreshing acidity. The aroma of ripe green apples comes through in the beginning shaping the sake body, followed by hints of melons and herb, and finishing with a mild sweetness. Luxurious and layered, refreshing and lively with a well-rounded and smooth texture.
