Using the newly designed label by a famous artist in Japan accompanied by a special design light blue bottle. Using the rare "Aiyama" rice and polished down to 60%, Compare to the last month namazake's release, this bottle has been pasteurised, however the aroma of pineapple and lychee is still at the similar level, yet the specific umami favour from the 'Aiyama' rice has even more stand out in this version. Overall, a very smooth and balanced sake that suitable for either food pairing or drinking by the glass.
