A seasonal product from October to March. This is a Dassai 23 specially designed to be enjoyed warm.
This warmed-up version of Dassai 23 is a new take on the warm sake series, which compared to the Dassai 45 and used to be Dassai 50 but was discontinued about five years ago.
It has a 14% alcohol content, which is lower than our regular Dassai 23, and has a softer texture without the sharp aroma when heated up.
Yamada Nishiki rice, polished down to 23% of the original grain size.
