Usually considered unsuitable as liquor rice, Asahi Shuzo was taken by the smell of Togai rice polished at 30% and decided to make this delicious sake that is almost comparable to a Junmai Daiginjo. This Sake has a rich aroma and sweetness and is best served chilled.
