Noguchi Naohiko (#農口尚彥) is one of the famous ‘Four Great Nototoji’ (#能登杜氏四天王). He has 70 years experience in sake making and had served as Toji since 1961 at few breweries. At the end of 2017 and age of 84, he setup ‘Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute’ as his last mission of his Toji career with other 7 young passionate sake makers.
This is the latest 2021 Spring limited edition, with a ABV of 19%, it has a rich body while an elegant peach aroma with a slight acidity similar to Japanese Mikan. Since this is a namazake, it offers the freshness in the whole experience.
