Using the most world heritage soft water from Nikko town in the Tochigi Prefecture which the brewery only gained access to this water source since 2017. Combining with the local rice sakemai “Yumesasara” it has produced a most exclusive namasake which brings surprise to everyone. Fruity aroma in the nose however an interesting umami favour comes in after the first sip since it made by a most traditional method of Kimoto. Also it has a rather long after-taste which is not typical from a namazake.
