Kokuryu latest spring release in March 2021. This is freshly squeezed Ginjo brewed in the spring season. Without diluting by water, it is a Ginjo Genshu that kept its most raw favour. Slightly dry on the favour and a hint of umami aroma that best pairing with food during the spring season.
